BODY SOLUTIONS FITNESS BOOT CAMP

What is it?  

A four-week program of fitness instruction, nutritional coaching & motivational training provided by personal trainers hand-picked for Boot Camp by One on One Body Solutions.

Where are the boot camp locations?

Sessions will be held at local parks April through October.  Session locations will be disclosed upon your pre-class fitness and nutrition assessment. Winter sessions will be held inside the Kirkwood Community College gymnasium.  For more information call 319-573-5936.

When is the next boot camps offered?

New classes start the first Monday of each month.

What if I'm not very physically fit?

Regardless of your current fitness level, we can help you improve! NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to join boot camp. Each day of boot camp activity will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

What types of things do we do in Boot Camp?

Activities may include: core conditioning, functional training, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, conditioning, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, Pilates mat exercises, surprises and more! Designed to help you strengthen, tone, and lose fat, our program includes a variety of activities and exercises to keep you from getting bored of your routine.

Camps are held outdoors when weather permits or indoor during the winter months. Directions will be given at your pre-camp assessment, prior to the first day of boot camp. You will receive your schedule at your assessment or at your first boot camp appointment with our Boot Camp Instructor or Personal Trainer.

What can I expect from camp?

Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence and self-esteem! You will look better and be more fit, but most of all, you will FEEL great, have more energy, and be doing something positive, productive, and proactive.

Why should I participate?

You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started! And, you'll be several hundred calories ahead of everyone else!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?

Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $120.00 for 12 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday sessions or 20 Monday-Friday for $200.00. That's just $10.00 per session. Where else can you get premiere, cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price.

What are the class times?
6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

RELEASE


This release is entered into between the undersigned and One On One Body Solutions Inc., its officers, trainers, affiliates, trainers and executors in addition to the City of Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha, and Marion and their  School Districts, any and all other private and public locations for camps in the county of Linn. The purpose of One On One Body Solutions is to provide fitness instruction and coaching for various levels of athletes/individuals.

 The undersigned hereby acknowledge that the following was explained to me and/or agree to the following:

1. Acknowledges that the employees and agents of One On One Body Solutions Inc. are not  physicians’ and is not trained in any way to provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or any other type of medical advice.

2. Acknowledges that coaching/training is another tool for teaching athletes/individuals about themselves, but that One On One Body Solutions does not guarantee neither good nor bad will occur nor guarantees the training advice given by One On One Body Solutions Inc. will produce good nor bad results.

3. Acknowledges that the undersigned has been told if they feel tired, feel pain or feel out of the ordinary in any way either related to your training, or otherwise, that the undersigned should contact a physician at once.

4. Videography and photography may be taken at various camp locations which may appear on TV, web video, print or any other digital format. When possible, the camp participants will be told in advance of the days in which any photography or videography will be done. "Before & after" photos will not be used for any promotional purposes unless written authorization is granted.

5. Acknowledges that boot camps, aerobic classes, martial arts, kick boxing, running, kung-fu, weight training, obstacle courses, and any other related sports are an extreme test of one's mental and physical limits and carry with it potential for damage or loss of property, serious injury and death. That the undersigned assumes the risks of participating in these types of events/activities including the inherent dangers of the natural elements, that they are fit, and they have a regular medical physician they can contact regarding any medical problems that they might develop. The undersigned expressly waive, release, discharge and agree not to sue from any liability of death, disability, personal injury, or action of any kind and One On One Body Solutions for the undersigned participating in said sporting events and/or training for said sporting events.

The Undersigned agrees that this is the full agreement between the parties, that One On One Body Solutions, Lynn Huber, nor anyone else has not verbally contradicted any of the terms of this release and that the undersigned has entered into this agreement free and voluntarily without force or coercion.

I agree that I will not consume alcohol during the month of Boot Camp. Any violation will result in twenty push-ups per occurrence.

I agree not to use foul language during Boot Camp. Any violation will result in twenty push-ups per occurrence.

I agree not eat or say the words Twinkie, Donuts, Ho-Ho's, Ding Dong, or Cup Cake during the course of Boot Camp. Any violation will result in twenty push-ups per occurrence.

I agree to show up for Boot Camp every day unless it is an excused absence from my doctor or pre-approved with Boot Camp directors. Any violation will result in twenty push-ups per occurrence.

I understand that photos or video may be taken during the course of my involvement in Boot Camp, which may be used for promotional purposes. I understand that my "before & after" photos will not be used for any promotional purposes unless I give written authorization.

I understand there is no refund policy, but I can receive a credit (for unused portion of camp) towards a future camp if I'm not able to complete the one I originally joined. Camp fees can not be used towards any other products or services provided by One On One Body Solutions, Inc.
