Cedar Rapids Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist and Fitness Expert Lynn Huber has brought together an elite team of expert certified personal trainers at One on One Body Solutions that will help you achieve your goals of a leaner, healthier, more attractive body. You will also improve your overall quality of life by following the safe and effective program designed for you as an individual; not a cookie-cutter routine created for the masses by a commercial health club fitness trainer. All workouts are specifically tailored to fit your needs, lifestyles, and goals, and are constantly adjusted to ensure that you are making progress.

One on One Body Solutions Personal Training Studio is a private one-on-one personal training facility. Our staff of experienced trainers creates a specific workout routine for each client based on their specific needs.

Unlike a gym, our membership is free. Your only cost is your workout. And your sessions include unlimited free access to our cardiovascular equipment. Service is what we provide and we excel at it like no one else.

Whether you want to work with a trainer 2, 3, or 4 days a week, for either an hour or a half-hour session, we're confident you'll enjoy the Personal Training Studio experience.

One on One Body Solutions provides personal training services in a private to semi-private setting in a non-intimidating environment. We offer one-on-one and small group training.

We listen to you ~ your goals are what shape your workouts. Personalizing fitness opens the door to a lifetime of good habits. You will learn techniques and exercises not offered at traditional health clubs!

We do not charge initiation fees or monthly dues. You pay only for the services you choose, and trainers work by appointment only so the schedule can be convenient for you!
